Description
Remember a few weeks back when the President wished he could do things on his own without Congress? (Yes, that's what he said.) Now that his job bill has failed both chambers of Congress, the President is stating he will find a way "administratively" to make his bill a law. Representative Jesse Jackson, Jr. is echoing the President's remarks, demanding that Obama take "extraordinary" steps to give more bailouts since Congress is "rebellious".
