If you want to engage in truth, instead of right-wing distortion, at least be honest enough to recognize a few things about income comparisons. First, The public sector has very few minimum wage jobs, so immediately, an "average" comparison between the two sectors is slanted -- why not look at similar job classifications and education levels? Also, realize that at the top end of the private sector, most income is deferred, as stock. So, in your "average" you have slanted the comparison two ways -- which conveniently props up your half-truth that public sector employees are overpaid. A guy with a U of M education should do better.
